Quick and Painless. Brian Solinsky was a 15/10! This was my first time ever selling a property and Brian was with me every step of the way. Gave me crucial advice on how to get the home together for listing and overall kept a mutual line of communication open at all times. He is very knowledgeable and strategic when it comes to the market. I almost felt as if I didn't need to lift a finger through this whole process, so for that I highly recommend Mr. Solinsky!
Every time we looked at a potential home Brian would show us all the common things realtors normally do. What stands out about his walk through a is that he’s actually looking around at the potential problems if any to see if the house is actually worth putting the time in for it. Instead of just looking at how big or small rooms are or if the lawn is nice, we would actually look at everything about the house.
