Shop did a great job accessing the issue and helping to fix my laptop without overcharging on unnecessary repairs. Will definitely be back.
Tech 2U came through again and did not disappoint. My computer would not turn on and I didn’t know what to do. Luckily I knew that I’ve always had great service at Tech 2U in the past so I dropped off my laptop and was greeted with great customer service from Robert who was able to access within the same day it was an internal battery needing to be replaced. I highly recommend if you have any computer issues to check out Tech 2U as they are super friendly and take good care of their customers time and time again.
