I beg the differ that the food has vastly improved in the past 6 months. The menu selection has enlarged and the people don’t leave here are truly satisfied. Everyone has different tastes and the chef and his soufflé chef are eager to please. Solana strives to be the best culinary experience to all people that live here. Reduce the high increase in rent! Almost 20% in 2 ½ years is ridiculous.
I am a resident of Solana Deer Park which is managed by Atria Corporation. Management is raising our rent for the third consecutive year since the facility opened in 2016. Residents are receiving increases of 8-9.5% for 2019. Some cumulative increases are 20+% for long term loyal Atria customers (residents). In November of 2018 the Residents Council sent letters to Atria corporate, Solana management and the facility owners detailing the problems and reasons why there should be no rent increase in 2019.
