Sept 2025: Still # 14 on list the rental waitlist I’ve owned for 4 1/2 years 😢 The oppressive HOA is very strict with allowing rentals. The waitlist to rent is 10+ years. If I want to travel a few years I’m forced to sell in a down market. Yet the place is filled with new ppl🤷🏻♀️ I only want to lease it for 3 years and I’ve already lived in the unit 4+ years. July 2025: Rental waitlist came to a halt when an owner allowed to sell his permit, unfair Update April 2025 #14 on the rental waitlist. The area is getting safer because the Orlando police dept has done an amazing job. Lots of vacant places but it’s getting cleaned up. My gut says in 2028 I’ll love living downtown.
