I have been needing to find restorative spaces to heal from a concussion. The facilities are nice. They are two sides to Soho: hotel and residences. Beautiful views on the rooftop as well as stunning outdoor fireplaces and flowers. Steam sauna and hot tub are good
Perfect everything so far. From the wonderful checkin of getting upgraded to the timely service. Aakash has been giving 10 out of 10. It’s easy to see how Soho remains at the top.
I've stayed in a handful hotels in Toronto over the course of the last few months while visiting the city, and I have never experienced such consistent kindness as I have with the team at the SoHo. The hotel itself is beautiful, centrally located, full of modern amenities, and offers wonderful views of downtown Toronto. Muy bueno con buena ubicación, pero precios muy elevados
10/10 the concierge helped me plan a surprise for my sisters birthday with balloons and even vegan cupcakes and they set it all up when we were out of the room. The front desk has been accommodating in every aspect and going above and beyond helping us extend our stay and able to keep us in our same room which we love. Every question we ask they have an answer and anything we asked to be sent up to our room was there in minutes. Xavier and Manoj working concierge and Aakash at the front desk were the best! 100/10
