Checked it out for the first time with Rex after his vet visit. He loved there cookies will be going back. Employees were so attentive! Love the attention they gave him.
Just love this place! Started coming when they 1st opened in Des Moines, way back then, and followed them to the Normandy Park location. I really love the self-serve dog grooming. And my older Rescue Springer Spaniel loves it that I groom her myself!
We love it here everything you need and more! Tonka loves the cookie at the counter best!

An amazing shop with truly dog-loving people working there. We take our Malamute in for a comb out and nail clipping ever 2 months and while I think she enjoys it....I know she's quite a handful. We've had her since she was 7 weeks old so we really value their patience and skill with dealing with her when she gets sassy. Thank you so much.
Great experience using self wash for our 16 year old dog. Rachel put down no slip mats and explained how it all worked. She did great on the nail clip too including those crazy curly dew claws! We will be back!
