Great Selection and Service – We've been looking for living room furniture and couldn't find what we wanted. The Sofa Company had just what we were looking for. Victoria was very knowledgeable and helpful. We're spending more than we wanted, but we're getting exactly what we want. I'd definitely shop here again.

Finally, a grown up sofa!!! – Our 5-year old futon finally gave out and we were on a search for a post-masters degree sofa. We walk in to the Pasadena location at around 3:30pm on a beautiful sunny Pasadena afternoon and completed our experience by 5pm. We're Huge Fans of The Sofa Company! – Our experience with the Sofa Company has been nothing short of exceptional. Jeannie at the Pasadena store knew everything about all their offerings; she had all the pricing (which is reasonable) memorized; knew about fabrics; and most importantly, she was patient with us as we chased our three-year old around the store! Create a sofa your way? – Jeanine greeted us when we arrive and asked if we needed assistance and then she allowed us to browse without any presure to buy. She was very knowledgable about colors that work together and types of fabrics that will withstand teenage boys and dogs, It was an enjoyable shopping experience.

Build your own sofa? – I'm still waiting on my sofa, so I'll withhold final judgment. That said, the purchasing process was a good one. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had trouble narrowing down fabric choices. And, a $599 sofa quickly became a $1,000 one--just because of the fabric. If I had chosen some of the other options the price could have been higher still. Don't go in expecting a bargain. But, given that it is customized and manufactured locally, the price does seem fair.

Great experience, professional, fast , great information – Victoria and Chad were super. Their honesty and comparison information helped us find the right sofa. They were practical with their advice and sofa solutions-- which helped in the decision making of this important, large purchase. Would recommend to everyone.

Wonderful Service – I really liked the fact that we were told exactly what we were gettig and we not cheated into getting a more expensive deal. If you are trying to find a sofa place where you get a good deal and a wide variaty of high end sofas for a reasonable price, this is the place to look. And make sure you ask for Chad, he is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Great Experience! – We were helped by a very cordial & knowledgable associate, and had plenty of styles to choose from. We were able to specify everything we wanted down the smallest detail, and the price was very reasonable. The hardest part was choosing from amongst the hundreds of available coverings! We would highly recommend the Sofa Company to anyone in the market for a sofa.
