Great service, knowledgeable and helpful staff – My husband was dreading the prospect of going to furniture store after furniture store to purchase the new sectional for our new family room. The Sofa Company made our purchase quick, easy and fun, with no complaints from my husband about the time or the cost involved. We ordered a beautiful custom sectional for a great price. The knowledgeable staff assists the buyer in making good choices that work with the buyers lifestyle, environment and budget.
Highly Recommended – I think this is a great option when buying a sofa. They actually build it according to your space. Prices are affordable too. They delivered earlier that I expected. The staff seems to know a lot about sofas. Nothing negative to say about this company
Great place to get a custom sofa. – There is a variety of styles one can choose from. You can select one, two or three peace seats. You can also choose the level of firmness and the type material you wish to have the seats and pillows stuffed with. There is also a great selection on fabrics and leathers to compliment the design and to fit your budget. The customer service at the pasadena store was excellent. The make to order and delivery times where very timely. Overall it was a good experience shopping at the Sofa Company.
Quick custom sofas – The staff had a great balance of helpfulness & attentiveness, but not being pushy or hard-sell. This is a great way to have custom options in a relatively short period of time.
Green Options made the way you want them – It is very hard to find a company that makes furniture that is not laden with chemicals and synthetic fibers. This company offers standards and options that are both eco-friendly and have minimal chemical residues. Friendly place to shop wonderful furniture to buy – I had been looking for a certain size couch for 4 - 5 months and all of a sudden there you were. The Sofa Company . Best experience I have had ever. Was able to get exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased. The staff were wonderful to work with too.
Patience with the Princess – I wanted really scaled, really simple, really modern, like the furniture I've seen in Canada and Boston. Almost nothing like in on the Coast outside of Plummers "you get it in one color, one fabric" or very low quality Ikea with cotton covers. I could have this any style, any fabric, any color, narrow arm size, 6 cushions for rotation and maximum wear, I could even raise the height of the seat for comfort! Unimaginable versitility! You won't believe this place! madrilyn
freindly staff and durable product – lots of selection and informative staff made our two hour indicetion easier than otherwise thought. We ended up buying a sofa and loveseat.
Great Service! – My wife and I went all over town to find a couch. The salespeople and furniture at the Sofa Company were the best: we bought the Metropolitan. It was great to get a couch at a decent price that you were excited about.
