The people here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will always use only them for any sod needs I may have. Highly recommend them.

Went to get some Sod with my husband on Monday lady at the desk had an attitude. Ashley in the other hand was great a she helped get the sod in the car and was very polite and had a smile on her face at all times . Really good customer service definitely will come back
Poor management and no apologies to compensate, I ordered one pallet for a Saturday delivery 10/26. I hired two landscapers for install, at 12:30 no delivery yet so I call the Office speak with young Lady for the Jax Office who put me on hold for several minutes. When she returns she informs me my delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday 10/29. I explain my out of pocket cost for hiring two people. She informs me the female manager says I can have 10% discount next time I order more sod!! I never received an apology for that mix... read more
