This therapy group is garbage.
I’m a huge fan of this type of therapy. I started about five years ago when I was miserable and met with Hugh Polk , so just embodies compassion. I started into group after a few sessions and truly that is where the magic is. I had no idea, after 25 years of therapy, I finally found what I really needed to get mentally healthy. .
