The Social North Charles is grossly mismanaged and disgusting. The higher management has been absolutely horrendous about fixing my problems over the past two years and I am happy to finally be free of my lease. Over the past 2 years: - I have had SERIOUS rat problems that were BARELY addressed -Cockroaches coming out of my sink and drains - I had my heat shut off in January for 2 weeks without a rent reduction or way to stay warm - My apartment was broken into by MANGAMNET without my consent and LEFT open for nearly 2 weeks... read more
