Something to know-they will charge you for your full first months rent even though you cannot move in until mid month of your first month of renting.(this was starting Aug. 1) And-they said they will inspect your unit and make repairs in those first 15 days that they are charging you rent and not able to move in. If that were so, then why has the A/C already broken twice and the dryer is broke and unfixable. (waiting for new unit) That has happened all in the first week of living there.
