I went in today for the first time in about six or seven months. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 PM, so naturally I arrived at 12:35. I did not get seated until about 1:05 PM. No big deal. My barber mentioned that her previous appointment ran a little long. Again, no big deal. What I didn’t like is my whole appointment felt extremely rushed. She kept looking at her phone to see if she had time to finish. I still had to go home and fix and line up my beard because it was crooked. This is my first negative experience. H... read more
