Wow, wow, wow. Not sure where to even start with this review. Val Sarkissian absolutely rocked it out as my agent. She went above and beyond and then some. I came to Val originally wanting a rental and then shifted to purchasing. We looked at houses for months. Literally, months. This gem of a human came with me to everything from fixers that probably should be leveled to mild touch up houses to absolute pieces of art. Val and Arby Sarkissian were great to work with. They were instrumental in helping us get our very first home in Burbank. We looked a ton of homes and they were always super patient and supportive of us. They were quick to answer questions, go to a last minute showing, explained the whole home buying process, gave us on tips of what to look out for. We felt they always had our best interest in mind. I would recommend Val & Arbi a million times over for all of your real estate needs! We bought during the pandemic, which had many of its own challenges… after looking for MANY years with Val. She was never pushy. I had actually given up when she found the perfect house for us. Home buying is an overwhelming experience and super stressful, but everything I needed, they provided to me.
