I would leave zero stars if possible. Michael Sobhi is simply dishonest and unreliable. He hired our company to work on a home he was selling. He needed work done for his client in McLean as they were selling their home. He and his client walked me through the home to discuss most of the work needed. I informed them both that we work by time and materials only and not on a per project basis. They agreed that this was the best way to handle such work. I hired Michael Sobhi and his team to help me find a home in this unbelievably difficult market. I was slightly specific in what I wanted and of course, like most price conscious.
