It was my first time coming there. The food was delicious! I loved the steak! It was perfectly cooked!!!♡
Might be good... if you don't have children. – I would like to be writing a review about how good the food and service was, but unfortunately we were "pressured" to leave after trying to deal with an unhappy child for a couple of minutes. Best kept secret steakhouse in Augusta – Wow! I happened to pass by this log cabin of a restaurant one day and decided to come back for dinner. Boy was I impressed! I loved the intimacy of the place, the selections of wine, and most of all the delicious steaks! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great steak and a quiet break from the fast lanes of Augusta, or anywhere else. Do not let this one pass you by.
Experience's at the Snug Tavern – I have eaten with my wife & 2 year old child at the Snug many times. Over all, I have been very satisfied. The food is very good; especially, the crab dip, seafood, and steak. Service is exceptional! My only complaint (if any) has been the attitude of the older lady who usually is hosting; if you bring a small child, are not all dressed-up, or heaven forbid you desire to only eat appetisers, you will receive her nasty attitude. Get there early; it usually gets full.
SNUGGLE UP – FOR ROMANCE, GOOD FOOD, AND FRIENDLY SERVICE, THIS IS IT. ALSO, A GOOD PLACE TO SPEND TIME WITH FRIENDS. THE FOOD IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE, BUT DON'T EXPECT TO GET OFF CHEAP. IF YOU WANT CHEAP AND PLAIN, TRY MCDONALDS.
