The server was very friendly but slow. Also, there was trash on the floor and no one bothered to clean it up. The drinks were some of the worst I have ever had. The bar was a good location for the entertainment.
My band Walkin' Joe played at The Snug on 4/29 and we absolutely love this place! The food is great, and the service, management, and staff were amazing. Not only will I be back with ur band, but I will be bringing my family here on a regular basis. Don't miss this place and tell them Walkin' Joe sent ya!
The nastiest food. The worst service. Never ever will go here or recommend this place. Mcdonalds has better customer service then this place. What a joke.
So here are reasons i gave it two stars. I have been here 4 times total. Three times out of four have not been great. The last two times we ordered appetizers and we never got them. Another time the appetizer came out with the dinner, that defeats the purpose of an appetizer. Then another two time within those visits we asked to simply substitute a veggie for another side item or simply another like item. Both times we were charged more money and not told of any upcharge.
