Have to say I got totally sucker punched with my diagnosis!! I was only doing the sleep test to prove my Apple Watch was wrong….. well that didn’t work out in my favour!!🤣 So here I was needing CPAP therapy with Courtney leading the way. I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and Courtney has been a life saver! She is always there when I have a question or concern. She is so knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. I seriously think she is in the right field, she seems to genuinely care about her patients and I think that is what makes the difference. Very impressed with the snore shop and couldn't be happier that my sleep health is in her hands.
I've been to a few different clinics in town and it was extremely hard to find someone caring, understanding and patient. After dealing with Courtney at the Snore Shop I feel confident in having her oversee my CPAP needs. She is honestly such a gem and a huge asset to the company. It's so nice seeing people work in a healthcare position who actually CARE about their clients and their success. Courtney is an absolute breath of fresh air. So happy and sleeping so much better!
