Overhyped. The food just isn't that special. There are plenty of places with lower prices and much tastier food.

My experience at The Snail was completely unacceptable. While eating, I discovered a live worm moving around in one of our dishes. I immediately called our waitress over to let her know. Instead of expressing concern or apologizing, her first reaction was to question whether it was actually a worm. We had taken a video clearly showing it moving.
