I had a truly wonderful experience with one of your employees, Gabby. She went out of her way to explain the entire cake ordering process and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service is rare these days, especially among younger staff, so I wanted to be sure Gabby is recognized and appreciated for her outstanding help. Also my iced coffee and pastries were excellent.
Everything is so freshly made, and there are many options including cupcakes and pastries. A cute little place but food is a little too sugary.
Several Gluten Free bakery items to choose from! Unique ones too, like GF "twinkie" with marshmallow cream filling.
I honestly don’t get the hype. You walk in and you can tell they’ve spent all this time and effort trying to make the product look special, but meanwhile, they couldn’t care less about the actual customers. The staff/owner is checked out, nobody cares if you need anything, and after all that, the product itself is just… average at best. Save your time & money.
