I ate at The Smokin Pig in Pendleton for the first time today. I never saw so many cars and trucks at a BBQ joint in my life. There's a reason it's so crowded. The food is very good. I had pulled pork with vinegar sauce on it. I also had slaw and sweet potatoes. Everything was excellent. I also liked the rustic atmosphere. Really enjoyed it. Will eat here again.
The brisket sandwich and coleslaw are delicious! 💜 this food!
