Huge portions and amazing quality. Ordered the smoked beet salad and side or brisket.
I got the brisket lean and fatty, pulled pork, a chicken quarter, mac, beans, and cornbread. The brisket was tender but drying out. The chicken was juicy, the pork was tender. Every meat was under salted, but the Mac and beans had plenty. Mac noodles were over done, probably from sitting to order from a large batch. The beans I wish were more spicy, they take a savory style instead of a sweet style. Solid BBQ in the PNW, nice flavor, peppery sauce. Brisket was a tad dry but overall pretty good! Mac n cheese was also good and a real Dr Pepper!!! Good spot for lunch if you can find parking.
