Probably one of the best smoke houses that I have tried in Colorado. The owner was very informative and the whole staff was very friendly. The burnt ends were very good and the baby backs were exceptional!
We liked it not much of a smokey flavor. Tender brisket but not much a smoke ring on it. The beans were good. They could have more spicecs though onion bell pepper etc. Overall better than any of the smoke houses from Denver to grand junction we have been to. Definitely good service!
We're from Florida, this place has BBQ closest to our southern BBQ. Don't try the other places around here, you'll be disappointed. Oh, and they have sweet tea!

The food was absolutely delicious! There wasn't a thing we didn't enjoy. The staff was also polite and helpful. Everything was made quickly and was fresh, even with a full house. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area considering eating here!
