Phenomenal BBQ!! The burnt ends appetizer was incredible, I had the bahn mi sandwich and it did not disappoint. Hands down the best food. Service was exceptional and atmosphere is fun, chill bar vibes. Absolutely mouthwatering food that has made my top 3 list for Sioux Falls! A must try. The rotating beer taps add a local flare.
The pork popsicle was tender, and all of the meat smoked well! But the chicken was so… bland. It desperately needed any seasoning, even just salt. Also- I was stoked for cornbread, and it probably was the driest, densest, more flavorless cornbread I have ever had.
Fantastic , brisket was insanely good tender . Queso and BBQ sauce was heaven

Rock hard ribs, dried out brisket, and pulled pork so bad we wouldn't eat it. No smoke ring on the pulled pork or ribs, not to mention no smoke flavor. The brisket looked good as it had a nice bark and smoke ring but it like the other two meats was extremely bland as they used hardly any rub. The prices seemed too good to be true for smoked BBQ but the kiddie portions answered that one. The ribs and pulled pork were done in an oven.
