Great food great service the best smoked meat around these parts!!
First trip to NC and The Smoke Pit leaves me wanting to come back. The brisket had a great flavor that wasn't over powered with some fancy rub and the sides that came with the plate (I had the baked beans and potato salad) complimented the meat wonderfully. Portion sizes were big, especially considering the price, so big I had to take some back to the hotel for a late night snack. Fabulous! The beef brisket and burnt ends were delicious. They sale out fast go early or call in and order ahead of time. Try anything on the menu you won't be sorry!

We live all the way north on the shores of Lake Erie but were lucky enough to eat at The Smoke Pit while visiting friends in Concord. It was amazing. Dry ribs, pulled pork, okra, brisket. So much love. Tell you what, whenever we are driving cross country from Ohio to Florida we'll now leave hours early just to stop at The Smoke Pit and spend the night in a sweet, sweet food coma in Concord. You guys absolutely rock.
