A great place to eat BBQ.
I am very picky with my BBQ and I have to say HANDS DOWN this place is off the chain...Absolutely this best I have had in a long time.. You can tell they take their time smoking the meat to perfection..it's so juicy and tender you don't need any sauce.. Your taste buds will thank you for treating it to some awesome BBQ..
I was hungry and away from my own stomping grounds. I looked for a good barbecue place nearby and settled on The Smoke Pit. The reviews indicated it might be worth a try. When I pulled into the parking lot the crowd inside and outside on the patio seemed to confirm I had arrived at a good place to eat. I ordered a half rack of ribs, fried okra, and the baked macaroni and cheese. Wow The only downside is that this place is so far from home. But I’ll be looking for an opportunity to make my way back again.
This might just be the best BBQ joint I've ever been to. Food was amazing! 'Can't wait to go back.
