Todd was wonderful! We were moving to senior housing so only needed help selling our home. He was so helpful about all the little things we needed to do. He did not make us spend lots of money to get our empty house ready. We had a deep cleaning done and put in new carpet. We did speak to another realtor who wanted tons of work done. Scott went above and beyond to help us sell the home we grew up in.
