At no moment did I feel rushed, which I appreciated, and it made things flow smoothly. Todd was always available to answer questions and utilized texting adequately. Todd was wonderful! We were moving to senior housing so only needed help selling our home. He was so helpful about all the little things we needed to do. He did not make us spend lots of money to get our empty house ready. We had a deep cleaning done and put in new carpet. We did speak to another realtor who wanted tons of work done. He has resources and knows people in the field for after we bought our home that he recommended for exterior and interior work which was great! Loved working Todd!
Scott went above and beyond to help us sell the home we grew up in. He was patient and understood the challenges we faced with repairs and updates while respecting the emotional attachment we had to the property. Very professional, he and his team always responded quickly to calls and texts. We would highly recommend Scott for properties in the North St Paul and Oakdale areas as he has a huge amount of experience there.
