Todd was an incredible realtor for us as first time homebuyers. He helped educate us throughout the process, really listened to our needs, and negotiated competitive offers while keeping our budget in mind. The Smith Team helped us with a very non-traditional purchase and did whatever it took to make it happen. They went above and beyond by reaching out to current owners and found an interested seller. This made our purchase possible. We even needed non-traditional financing and they connected us to resources for that. I can't recommend them enough.
