How dare you increase my sister’s HOA up to $218 and don’t even bother to salt or plow the roads at Colonial Woods Condominiums? HOAs are a scam - I’d love to know how much the top dogs at Smith Management rakes in. If my older sister breaks her hip during the winter enjoy the phone call from the family’s real estate lawyers firm.

I was a trustee that used Smith Management Group. We dealt with Nicky, who couldn’t even manage to pay our bills on time. Need wood repaired? Expect to hire your own carpenters and coordinate everything through the trustees. In fact, everything we asked Nicky for help with was ignored. It was so bad that residents started calling the trustees directly for repairs instead of the management company. There are better management firms in St Louis….don’t accept this poor quality or you will be sorry,

The management company is horrible. The receptionist hung up the phone on me and raised her voice over a simple question. I have even moved in to my unit and having problems. Unprofessional and not helpful either!!!!

Woods Glade Condo - I would not even give them one star, but that is the lowest score I can give. They don't answer anything directly. They act like they don't know that you are talking about. I have lived in my condo for three years and the property is in such bad condition. There is no lawn in my courtyard. It is all weeds, ivy with spider webs, and tree debris that never gets cleaned up unless I or one of my neighbors cleans the debris. The weeds were all the way up to my knees this week. Slum lord management group. Jessie and Erin in St Louis, MO are rude, unprofessional, cannot resolve mistakes that they caused. Need customer service education or should not have a job that interfaces with the public.

Slum Lord management group - Jessie and Erin in St Louis are rude, unprofessional, made a grave error and refused to resolve it. Hung up, did not return VM's or emails in more than 1 week. They need a job that does not interface with customers. Need education .

Riverbend Condos - Been here over 8 years and they keep switching out managers so nothing ever gets done and when you bring up past issues you get the phrase "I cannot attest to that " which means management doesn't communicate with each other so we don't need to solve the issue. We have a car with three flat tires that was dumped off and a sheriff's deputy who lived here contact the Smith about it being a derelict vehicle 3 months ago and they ignored him..........but they will contact people that have 2 hummingbird feeders... read more

As a board member of a condo association, most of my contact is with our property manager, Trae Lee. He's very responsive and professional at all times. Most companies' reputations are a reflection of their employees' actions. If that is the case at hand, 👍 for Smith.
