5/5 Stars!! As a lender, this was my first time working with Blake on a transaction, and full disclosure - it was great! Lenders are commonly chasing after real estate documents, especially on new builds, but I never had to ask for anything. Blake took the initiative and kept the file moving smoothly, which greatly helped the financing!
