I had an exceptionally poor experience with this company and Tim smith. Tim will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the listing, and then disappear. Once he's gone you're left with a company that as far as I can tell does nothing more than collects as many listings as it can and allows them to sit. No customer service. No marketing.
