I had such a great experience at The Smilist. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, modern, and runs right on time, which I really appreciate. My hygienist was gentle but thorough, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. My favorite dental practice ever!!! Excellent dental team
Came in for my first 6-month cleaning and exam — super happy with the experience. Front desk staff were really friendly and welcoming. I brought x-rays from my last dentist, so no need to redo them. Jennifer, the hygienist, was awesome — my teeth felt super clean, and she explained why I had sensitivity in a few spots. The dentist was also great (wish I remembered her name!). Definitely glad I found this place.
I’ve been coming to the Smilist Syosset office for a while now and the care is excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous. The office is clean and neat. Hygienist Jen is very personable and she makes me feel comfortable. She is gentle and thorough and my teeth always look better and feel great than when I walked in. I needed a crown on lower tooth.
