I would give zero stars if I could. We scheduled our daughter’s appointment SIX MONTHS in advance and provided our insurance information when we booked. The office had six months to verify our coverage. Instead, we were informed only THREE DAYS before the appointment that our insurance was not accepted. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Because of this last-minute notification, my daughter may now have to wait months for another appointment.
