The front desk staff called my husband for my daughter’s cleaning charge. They lied to my husband and I about my daughter’s charge was for the fluoride service was not covered by insurance. She charged $50 for that. However, later I found out that was covered by the insurance. I spoke with the front desk lady for a refund then she told me it was a charge for the consultation fee.
