They did a bait and switch on me. They said the surgeon takes my plan. I called and asked are you sure he takes my plan and they said yes but when I was examined they say you need this and that but he doesn't take your plan but we can work something out. When I complained they said oh we will talk to the girl you spoke to. BS.
