I'm writing about the Middle Island location of the Smilist. Although the staff members were pretty nice, I won't go back. The dentist I saw had such a heavy foreign accent, I had to have the technician translate for me. On each visit (there were 3), the rooms were unpresentable & in need of repair On the 1st & 2nd visits, the drain where the water flows next to the dental chair was broken & discolored.
