Very frustrated with this office! I called today to try and get my kids in for a check-up per their multiple reminder text messages I get, and they had NO availability for the remainder of the year!! And this is a recurring problem with them. The last time I had an appointment I had to cancel and sure enough was unable to reschedule for six+ months.
$65 over and above what insurance covers for a 10 minute cleaning? My kids brush their teeth regularly so they don't need a ton of attention. But, a professional cleaning is a professional cleaning. 10 minutes is hardly adequate in my opinion.
As soon as we walked into the office we were literally greeted with smiles. Everyone was so kind and really knew how to interact with the children! We had a lovely experience. My children walked out with smiles and are looking forward to coming back for their next visit.
