I never had a good experience with this office. Someone recommended them but our experience was disappointing from the beginning. The dentist came across as cold and impatient with both me and my child. My child was nervous about the visit but instead of helping them feel comfortable the dentist seemed frustrated by their anxiety and very impatient. The staff at Smiley Tooth is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. The dentists are patient and take the time to take to explain everything in a way that both me and my children are able to understand. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a fantastic pediatric dental clinic!
The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Dentist likes to show us things hands on and we like that so we know just what to look for. They keep the kids calm and I love that. Definitely a 5/5 for us. Will always recommend!
