CRAIG WAS GREAT!!!! The young lady who answers the phone for ROAM OR THE SMILE STORE front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! I was speaking into the phone and she kept saying i can't hear you,, my phone was turned ALL THE WAY UP! I started talking louder and she kept saying, i can't hear you. The service I received during my studio appointment at the Atlanta office was exceptional. The staff were very pleasant and also detailed about the process. My visit went well beyond my expectations. I am looking forward to completing my treatment.
