Highly not recommended. I had an 8:30 AM appointment for my two kids and called ahead to let them know I would be arriving at 8:40 AM. Despite calling in advance, when we arrived at 8:40 AM, they canceled our appointments on the spot and treated us with terrible attitude. To make matters worse, this isn't the first time they've canceled on us. Very unprofessional and zero regard for their patients' time.
Dr. Grinbaum was amazing for my daughters. She guides at each step of the process, is kind, gentle, and amazing at aligning teeth.
