My experience with Smiles Spot has been extremely upsetting. I arrived for our appointment with my three children only 10 minutes late, and they refused to see us. The way the staff spoke to me and treated me was nasty, disrespectful, and completely lacking in understanding—especially toward a parent arriving with three children. Very pleased with our visit today! I was able to get all three appointments scheduled within a month, which was great as a busy mom, Getting three small kids through checkups and cleanings can be a handful and overwhelming, but the team made the entire process quick, thorough, and stress-free. The staff is wonderful with children.
