Our family has been attending Smiling Place for more than 25 years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we have received. Under the guidance of Dr Andre, the entire team has consistently been fantastic, caring, and highly supportive in addressing all our dental needs. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I cannot recommend Smiling Place highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dental practice
In my experince I have found the staff to be highly skilled, courteous, friendly and efficient. Always treating me with the best patient outcomes in mind. The program of regular 'checks and cleans' avoids any serious teeth and gum problems. Excellent health professionals and patient service.
Have had a really good experience at the Smile Place Mt Eliza, was recommended by our son and ‘daughter’ and it has been a great choice! The receptionists are friendly and helpful, and the rooms bright and welcoming. I have always really disliked the dentists (literally hated!) but after meeting Andre and Kay and discussing the worries I had, they actually listened and understood, then worked out how to make me feel comfortable! As I had experienced consistent pain in one of my teeth for about a week, I googled 'dentists near me' and made an appointment online with the Smile place for the next day. Appointment was confirmed first thing in the morning via SMS. I saw Dr James Dang who identified the issue quickly and proceeded with the procedure. Huge thanks to Andre and dental nurse Kate for their exceptional work and care. I had extensive treatment including numerous composite veneers and over 10 crowns, and the result is absolutely amazing. Andrea’s skill and attention to detail, combined with Kay’s care and support, made the whole process comfortable and reassuring. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.
