My son is almaot six and we've been coming to the smile place since the beginning. Mauze was amazing, as always. She knows how to talk to the younger kids and us super fun and knowledgeable. Thank you, Mauze, and thank everyone here for everything you do tooth 🦷
My grandson had his first appointment at The Smile Place and the staff were amazing. They were all so nice and were able to make my grandson feel comfortable and have a great first experience at the dentist. Im glad I chose to take him to their office and will be making another appointment for my younger grandson soon. Thanks ladies!
From the phone call to schedule to coming in to get my teeth cleaned was just lovely and everyone was super positive and friendly and I love talking to everyone there I forget my hygienist name, but she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable!!
Time management is horrible. 1 hour procedure turns into two and half hours . My son was in the room over 30 min alone while the doctor went to another room. Wondering if it a schedule problem since it’s one dentist bouncing between rooms. Why have an appointment if the child sitting and have to wait for the doctor to finish another patient who came after you. It don’t matter if you go for a cleaning or dental work. Your wait time is ridiculous. I have dealt with this with a different child. I figured it was just a busy day.... read more
