I have been traumatized by dentist in the past. It had been at least 7 years since I saw a dentist until The Smile. They have reestablished my confidence. They made me feel as comfortable as being home. I can't begin to thank this place enough. Thank you so very much.
I have medicaid as a secondary and it is hard to find dentist that accept Medicaid that arent on super long waiting lists or that just arent the best (uofl) so when I found smile louisville i was skeptical. I went there and the office and staff are all so nice. I had issues with my front teeth which as im sure you can imagine is not ideal. Dr. Finley is AMAZING! he fixed all my front teeth, thru got me approved for crowns and they literally look better than ever before. The receptionists here deserve 5 stars and a cookie. They are so sweet and experienced and were committed to giving me the best price for a self pay college student. I am lowkey looking forward to going back just to see them again. I was glad I came early as I was able to get in 20 minutes before my appointment time! The woman who took my x rays was very kind but seemed to be lacking experience and was corrected by passing dentists on several occasions. Very nice, modern office, but the best thing is that they have good doctors and friendly staff.
Extremely clean facility, friendly and professional staff and atmosphere. Not a long wait, painless and competent care.
