I had a great experience at The Smile Co. There was no long wait when I arrived and Sarah was so helpful and made my appointment such a pleasant experience!
Our experience with the office manager during a phone call was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. While the dentist provides excellent care, the behavior of the manager was shockingly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She spoke to us in an aggressive and condescending tone, cutting us off and showing no interest in listening or helping. I switched to this dental practice last year, and I’m so glad I did. It’s not easy to find a dentist who can accommodate short-notice appointments these days. After my routine cleaning, I had a couple of fillings done, and a month later I came back to start Invisalign with Dr. Kim. I’m now six months into treatment with just a few trays left, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision or the Smile Co. team.
I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The exam and cleaning were incredibly thorough — everything was clearly explained, and they took the time to point out each issue in detail and walk me through the best treatment options. I also had a dental crown done with Dr. Kim, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
