When my daughter first started going 4 years ago they were amazing. Had major work done and frequent follow ups no dramas until early covid, received the same cancellation message with no real reason why couldn't rescheduled recommended alternate places. I have later found out the 2 main dentists John and the other guy have left and started their own place next to south Perth day surgery. Frustrating being shipped off like that as we are my daughters crowns where coming close to being removed and now to find another dentist!

I've 3 kids attending here, one who has had major work done. Lately all they've done is cancel appointments (booked 6 months in advance) and then when I finally managed to get one the receptionist told me when paying that ALL the previous dentist's my kids were seeing have left and they're having "managerial issues" and trying to find more staff. It's not due to covid issues as stated on messages. I had to ask as there's only one dentist working at the moment and we were not informed despite all the ongoing treatment my kids... read more

Anyone able to give me some direction? I got a message from Smile Club to say they had to cancel my boys appointment and I cannot get intouch with them, left a message and no one has called back. Meant to be booked end of October.

Smile club had been great for my kids over the years. I've recently received cancellation text msgs for both my kids. When i called to re-book they said they were not re-booking as they did know if they would have any staff in the future. Really weird. Sounds like they are closing down. It was suggested by the receptionist that i try another pediatric dentist.
