I don’t recommend at all. I went in for a cleaning & was told I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled. Dr. Mina did the fillings and was very unprofessional, he was worried about being fast and getting it done with. I went back because I was in excruciating pain, and I told him what I think could be wrong and he literally LAUGHED in my face and said, “that’s not it but okay I’ll give you the xray you want.” Turns out - I was right. Had to wait to get to back and wait for dentist after cleaning but they were quite full and I did have to come in later. All the staff are professionals and considerate of patients needs. Great experience every time
I loved my visit to The Smile Center. Everyone is so friendly. Kaitlyn was so nice and explained everything so well! She had no problem answering all my questions!
Pros: Nice staff Cons: Horrible xray device Inexperienced staff Almost drilled on wrong teeth I've only gone to this location once. When I sat down they started the xray process. To do this they stick this device in your mouth and make you bite down on a wire that comes out to the machine. This is the worst device I've seen for xrays in a dental space. The tech I guess didn't put the xrays in yhe right place. This made it when I went in to get a filling they had to numb both sides of my mouth because they almost drilled on t... read more
It was horrible went in to have 5 teeth removed that were broken off at the gumhad an infection pulled my teeth anyway put 6 stitches in told to take Tylenol for pain doctor was going to prescribe medicine that I was allergic to They cut you stitch you up send you home with nothing I told him my concerns beforehand AND IT WENT IN ONE EAR AND OUT THE OTHER WILL NOT BE GOING BACK As you can see zoom in to see the bruises and swelling in my face I have never in my 61years I have never seen anyone bruise from getting your teeth ... read more
