I called to schedule an appointment and the girl had me repeat myself 15 times the name of my employer with the spelling and put me on hold for 20 mins just to ask me again…. I spelled it 10 times and she still didn’t write it down or anything. Completely wasted my time when my tooth is hurting me. I hung up because she just couldn’t understand me.

Went in for an appointment today, and was very unhappy of the treatment and actions of the front desk. They barely said hello, they acted as it was a bother for me to be there. The other Front desk lady with the pink keyboard was chatting loudly on a PERSONAL phone call, and lays back like she is at home. She never once even looked our way or said hello.
