I would rate it less than 1 star if I could. I’ve had a lot of issues with this implant process which I was upfront with Rosie when she reached out. She assured me she would be honest to see if I would be able to qualify to get them and a payment plan etc. she told me I had just missed a special and she would talk it over with the owner. My experience at The Smile Bar with Dr. Forbes and her team is always amazing! They truly feel like family. They're warm, professional, and easy to work with when it comes to billing or scheduling. Stephanie, my hygienist, is absolutely wonderful and makes every visit comfortable and pleasant. The customer service here is top notch, and I’ll continue to come back again and again. Highly recommend!
I had a deep cleaning with Stephanie. It was the easiest, most comfortable dental experience I’ve ever had in my 62yrs of life! Stephanie was gentle, professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything every step of the way. Dr Forbes was friendly and supportive too! I’m coming back and I’m telling everyone I know to check out the Smile Bar in Odenton!
