The staff here is truly amazing! My granddaughters feel so welcomed here! The office is beautiful and super clean! They really care about their patients here!
Dr. Albaugh is hands down the BEST orthodontist. I have had braces in the past and it was a horrible experience… at the smile patio every is so friendly you have the best experience and smile!! 1000/10 recommend if you need braces!
The staff is friendly and welcoming. At times, however, the office can feel very rushed. I would appreciate more communication with parents after each appointment regarding treatment progress and what to expect at the next visit. Even a brief update would be very helpful.
I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Albaugh and highly recommend his office. He is extremely detail oriented and always takes the time to make sure everything is done carefully and correctly. Appointments are consistently on time, which I really appreciate. His staff is also wonderful. Everyone is kind, professional, and very responsive. They are even helpful through text if you have questions, sometimes responding after hours, which really shows how much they care about their patients.
