I don't usually write reviews, but here's mine. Today, Monday, at 7 am, a large part of my 11-year-old daughter's braces came off, and she has a long screw sticking out of her mouth. I called the office at that time, and no one answered, even though it was during their stated business hours. I heard their voicemail indicating they would be open on Monday, the 15th. I recommend smart to every parent/family especially families that may be nervous about braces for the first time. They are thoughtful and know children and it's been about 2 years of our family being grateful that we chose them.
We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with the Smart Orthodontic Group. The staff is friendly, easy to work with and make my daughters feel comfortable every time. -Mom - Me I really like how they always have snacks and drinks open for everyone!
