Zero communication with patients. No phone number or email that gets directly to the Dr. Or his staff. Now his app says you can’t even make an appointment. Must be shut down or something.
I am a former employee of Christopher Smallwood at his previous company, Smallwood Behavioral. He took money out of my and my coworkers paychecks for taxes and 401k, however he did not pay our taxes and has stolen our 401k money. We all currently owe thousands of dollars on our taxes due to his outright theft of our wages. He has gaslighted us and been unresponsive to our concerns. Don’t go here if you want your medication scripts to actually be sent to your pharmacy, or if you will ever need to truly get ahold of Smallwood or staff. I was just going to wait it out and not leave a review but it’s been 2.5 weeks since my appointment and despite repeatedly requesting and being told my meds were called in - the pharmacy still has nothing. Dr. Smallwood is great at his precession and I thank him and his staff for changing my life. I recommend The Smallwood Clinic and the professionalism that Dr. Smallwood and his staff offer.
