Consistently refilled my medications late, and then did not inform me that he wasn't able to continue filling my prescriptions when he lost licensing for them in New Hampshire. I was told a letter went out over the summer, but I received nothing. I was not provided with a suggestion for a new provider, I was just told to "find another one" or ask my primary care.
